BLOCKMATE ANNOUNCES BOARD CHANGES

David Wong has resigned as chairman and a director of Blockmate Ventures Inc., effective today.

The board would like to thank Mr. Wong for his many years of service to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Concurrently, the board is pleased to announce the appointment of Domenic Carosa, a current member of the board, as the new chairman of Blockmate.
