The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Marimaca Copper Corp. will list additional common shares on Feb. 26, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover 13.65 million shares being offered by the company from treasury and 12,049,087 shares being offered by selling shareholders pursuant to a secondary offering, at $10 per share.
