MAPLE PEAK TO ADDRESS SHORTFALL OF PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION
AND POSSIBLE TRANSFER TO NEX
Maple Peak Investments Inc. has noticed a shortfall in its public distribution. The company currently does not have a sufficient number of public
holders to satisfy Section 2 of TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.5. To address this, the company intends to pursue various measures with the objective
of increasing the number of public holders to at least 150.
In accordance with Section 3.2(a) of TSX-V Policy 2.5, the company is operating within a 180-day timeline and may be subject to
a transfer to NEX if the shortfall is not remedied by Sept. 10, 2026. The company is actively addressing the shortfall and will
provide updates as appropriate.
