MAPLE PEAK ADDRESSES NOTICE RECEIVED TO TRANSFER TO NEX

Vancouver, Canada, August 13, 2025 - Maple Peak Investments Inc. (TSXV - MAP) ("MAP" or the "Company") announces that the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") has placed the Company on notice to transfer to NEX unless it is able to meet the Tier 2 Continued Listing Requirements by February 2, 2026. The Company will be actively working with the TSXV to address any deficiencies to meet the TSXV's requirements and maintain its current listing status. As part of these efforts, the Company plans to continue its business as an investment issuer while reviewing the possibility of expanding the scope of its investment policy.
