MAPLE PEAK ADDRESSES NOTICE RECEIVED TO TRANSFER TO NEX

The TSX Venture Exchange has placed Maple Peak Investments Inc. on notice to transfer to NEX unless it is able to meet the Tier 2 continued listing requirements by Feb. 2, 2026. The company will be actively working with the TSX-V to address any deficiencies to meet the TSX-V's requirements and maintain its current listing status. As part of these efforts, the company plans to continue its business as an investment issuer while reviewing the possibility of expanding the scope of its investment policy.
