--->ishes to announce that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), the Company has granted 7,39
--->2,857 options exercisable at $0.07 per common share exercisable for a period of 2 to 5 years to officers, consultants 
--->and employees of the Company. 
The Company has also determined to re-price outstanding options held by consultants of the Company for the purchase of
---> an aggregate of 355,002 common shares of the Company, having an exercise price of $0.51 to $0.68 per share and expiry
---> dates in 2016 and 2017.  These stock options will be re-priced to have an exercise price of $0.15 per share in order 
--->to more accurately reflect the current market price of the Company's shares, and to recognize the ongoing contribution
--->s of the consultants.  The Company will extend the expiry date of 540,789 options exercisable at $0.15 per common shar
--->e which currently expire on December 4, 2014 to August 23, 2017 in recognition of the continued service of a consultan
--->t. Amendment of the exercise price and expiry date of the options is subject to the approval of the TSXV.
