Mr. Thomas Lamb reports

MYRIAD URANIUM TO CONDUCT MINOR FOLLOW-ON FINANCING

Myriad Uranium Corp. will conduct a follow-on non-brokered private placement financing on the same terms as its recently closed financing (see Myriad's news release dated July 11, 2025). Under the financing, the company will issue 500,000 units at 25 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $125,000. Each unit comprises one common share of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one share at an exercise price of 35 cents for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

The company is conducting the financing to accommodate the investment requirements of a key institutional investor. Securities issued under the financing will be subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws. The company intends to use the proceeds of the financing for general working capital.

About Myriad Uranium Corp.

Myriad Uranium is a uranium exploration company with an earnable 75-per-cent interest in the Copper Mountain uranium project in Wyoming. Copper Mountain hosts several known uranium deposits and historic uranium mines, including the Arrowhead mine, which produced 500,000 pounds of U3O8. Copper Mountain saw extensive drilling and development by Union Pacific during the late 1970s, including the development of a mine plan to fuel a planned fleet of California Edison reactors. Operations ceased in 1980 before mining could commence due to falling uranium prices. Approximately 2,000 boreholes have been drilled at Copper Mountain and the project area has significant exploration upside. Union Pacific is estimated to have spent $117-million (Canadian) (2024 dollars) exploring and developing Copper Mountain, generating significant historical resource estimates. The company also recently acquired, subject to completing a geophysical survey this year, a 100-per-cent interest in the Red Basin uranium project in New Mexico, which has a near-surface historical resource (non-43-101) at grades from 1,700 to 3,100 parts per million (ppm) with significant upside potential.

Myriad also has a 50-per-cent interest in the Millen Mountain property in Nova Scotia, Canada, with the other 50 per cent held by Probe Gold Inc.
