Lincoln Ventures Ltd. has filed an independent technical report titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report: Resource Assessment of the Clear Hills Lithium Project in Northwest Alberta, Canada for Lincoln Ventures Ltd." dated March 2, 2024, for the Clear Hills lithium project. The technical report was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 -- Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects and supports the disclosure made by the company in its March 12, 2024, news release. There are no material differences in the technical report from the information disclosed in the company's March 12, 2024, news release.
