LINCOLN VENTURES LTD. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Lincoln Ventures Ltd. intends to raise a non-brokered private placement of up to five million shares of the company at a price of five cents per share for gross proceeds of up to $250,000.

Proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes. Closing of the private placement is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
