The Company would like to clarify that its transfer agent is TSX Trust Company, who will be sending a letter of transmittal to its shareholders in connection with the share consolidation and that all fractional common shares resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the nearest whole number of common shares as described in its information circular dated May 23, 2018.
