CSE bulletin 2023-1233

Level 14 Ventures Ltd. has changed its name and symbol to Copper Standard Resources Inc. and CSR, respectively, and consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every three preconsolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 38,516,278 common shares.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new name and Cusip number on Dec. 27, 2023.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Dec. 22, 2023. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
