LUXXFOLIO ANNOUNCES $1 MILLION NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Luxxfolio Holdings Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,882,352 units in the capital of the company at a price of 17 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1-million. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase an additional share at an exercise price of 35 cents per warrant share for a period of 24 months from the closing of the offering.

The company may pay finders' fees in connection with the offering in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange. Completion of the offering is subject to customary conditions and the receipt of all necessary approvals.

The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general working capital, and development of its litecoin and development of its litecoin mining initiatives.
