LITE ACCESS ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO WARRANT TERM

Further to its news release dated Feb. 22, 2024, Lite Access Technologies Inc. has continued to plan to extend the expiry date of 8,355,000 share purchase warrants exercisable at 10 cents per share from March 25, 2024, to March 25, 2025.

In addition to the extension, the company's existing acceleration provision will be amended in accordance with the rules of the exchange. Currently, the company may accelerate the expiry date of the warrants if the volume-weighted average price of the company's common shares is equal to or greater than 25 cents per common share for a period of 30 consecutive trading days. Under the amended acceleration provision, the company will be required to accelerate the expiry date if the closing price of the company's common shares is equal to or greater than 19 cents per common share for 10 consecutive trading days.

The extension is subject to final acceptance of the exchange.
