Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Nov. 20, 2025, the exchange has accepted an amendment with respect to a property asset or share purchase agreement announced on Oct. 14, 2025.

By way of consideration, the company will issue 164,777 common shares of the company at a deemed price of $2.2758 per share.

All other information remains unchanged.
