--->ed the terms of previously granted stock options to purchase an aggregate of 192,333 common shares at an exercise pric
--->e of $0.10 per share, having expiry dates between 2019 and 2024. The exercise price has been reduced to $0.065 per sha
--->re. 

The amendment to these options is subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
