The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that the number of Canadian depositary receipts (CDRs) of Lockheed Martin CDR (CAD Hedged) that will be issued and outstanding at the closing of the initial public offering is 50,000, not 500,000, as stated in its Aug. 25, 2025, bulletin.
