• Management's discussion and analysis relating to the annual audited financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025;
• Annual information form for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025;
• Certification of annual filings for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.

The common shares of Lipari have been suspended pursuant to the CTO.
