MICHAEL GENTILE, CFA ANNOUNCES FILING OF EARLY WARNING REPORT RELATED TO DISPOSITION OF COMMON SHARES OF LUCKY MINERALS INC.

Michael Gentile has filed an early warning report. Lux in Tenebris Foundation, a foundation Mr. Gentile has control over, has disposed of 6,002,000 common shares in the capital of Lucky Minerals Inc.

Prior to the completion of the disposition, Mr. Gentile beneficially owned or controlled an aggregate of 23,558,857 common shares and 21,308,857 common share purchase warrants, representing approximately 11.61 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding on an undiluted basis and approximately 20.02 per cent on a partially diluted basis. Following the completion of the disposition, Mr. Gentile beneficially owns and/or controls an aggregate of 17,556,857 common shares and 21,308,857 common share purchase warrants, representing approximately 8.65 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding on an undiluted basis and approximately 17.33 per cent on a partially diluted basis.

Mr. Gentile has a long-term view of the investment and may acquire additional securities of the company either on the open market or through private acquisitions, or sell the common shares on the open market or through private dispositions in the future depending on market conditions, reformulation of plans and/or other relevant factors.
