LUCKY TERMINATES INVESTOR RELATIONS AGREEMENT

Effective July 31, 2023, Lucky Minerals Inc. has terminated the consulting agreement with Intuitive Pty. Ltd. for strategic investor relations and marketing/networking initiative services. The agreement was previously announced in the company's April 12, 2023, news release.

The company wishes to thank Peter Nesveda, managing director of Intuitive, for his contributions and assistance to the company, and also wishes him all the best going forward. The agreement initially announced April 12, 2023, is subject to receipt of TSX Venture Exchange approval.
