(TSXV: LITT) ("Right Season" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has made an investment in Blender Bites Limited ("Blender Bites"). The Company purchased 31,667 units of Blender Bites (each, a "Blender Bites Unit") at a price of $3.00 per Blender Bites Unit by way of private placement for an aggregate purchase price of $95,000. Each Blender Bites Unit is comprised of one common share of Blender Bites (a "Blender Bites Share") and one common share purchase warrant (a "Blender Bites Warrant"). Each Blender Bites Warrant entitles the Company to purchase an additional Blender Bites Share at a price of $3.30 per Blender Bites Share for a period of five (5) years from issuance. Blender Bites is an award-winning Canadian company involved in the development and marketing of a line of premium frozen food products with a focus on functionality.
