LITHIUM CHILE ANNOUNCES THE RESIGNATION OF COO

Lithium Chile Inc.'s Michelle DeCecco has resigned from her position as chief operating officer with the company, effective Sept. 25, 2026.

The board of directors and management of Lithium Chile would like to express their sincere appreciation to Ms. DeCecco for her significant contributions to the company. The company is grateful for her dedication and commitment to Lithium Chile and its shareholders.

Ms. DeCecco has made the decision to step away from her executive responsibilities with Lithium Chile in order to devote her attention to her role as chief executive officer of Kairos Gold Inc. and the continued advancement of Kairos's exploration projects in Chile.

To provide continuity and allow Lithium Chile to continue benefiting from her knowledge of the company's properties, Ms. DeCecco has agreed to remain available to the company in a consulting capacity.
