GLOBAL LI-ION GRAPHITE ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Global Li-Ion Graphite Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 11.8 million units of the company at a price of 2.5 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable into one share for two years from issuance at a price of 10 cents per share in the first year of the exercise period and at a price of 20 cents per share in the second year of the exercise period.

Global Li-Ion intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for business development and general working capital.

The closing of the offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. The company may pay finders' fees in connection with the offering.
