LI-METAL ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Li-Metal Corp. will hold an annual general meeting of shareholders at 11 a.m. Eastern Time on Oct. 23, 2023. The meeting will be hosted in a hybrid format, with the in-person portion of the meeting to be held at the offices of CP LLP located at 77 King Street W, TD North Tower, Suite 700, Toronto, Ont., M5K 1G8. The virtual portion of the meeting will be hosted by live audio webcast (password: lim2023 (case sensitive)).

As described in the proxy materials for the meeting, shareholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 15, 2023, are entitled to participate in the virtual meeting, regardless of geographic location. Shareholders will have the opportunity to ask questions and vote, all in real time, provided they comply with all of the requirements set out in the proxy materials.
