Mr. Alex Wylie reports
LIBERTYSTREAM ANNOUNCES CFO TRANSITION
Libertystream Infrastructure Partners Inc. has appointed Keirah Burrell, previously vice-president of accounting operations, as interim chief financial officer, succeeding Morgan Tiernan, who is retiring from the role.
The transition comes as Libertystream continues to develop its financial reporting, internal controls and systems in support of its previously announced plans for a listing on a U.S. exchange.
Mr. Tiernan has played a pivotal role in Libertystream's development as a public company, providing financial leadership through its formative years and subsequent growth. His long-standing service and financial stewardship have helped establish the foundation on which the company continues to build.
"Morgan has contributed to Libertystream throughout its public company journey, and we are grateful for his years of service and dedication," said Alex Wylie, president and chief executive officer. "On behalf of the board and the entire team, I thank him for his contributions and continued support through this handover and wish him every happiness in retirement."
Ms. Burrell is a licensed certified public accountant with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, controllership and finance transformation. At The Siegfried Group, she led accounting stabilization, merger and acquisition transitions, and Sarbanes-Oxley programs for public companies. Her background also includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Poly and HP Inc.
Since joining Libertystream earlier in 2026, Ms. Burrell has played a leading role in strengthening the company's accounting, information technology and human resource functions. Her work includes co-ordinating completion of its inaugural U.S. generally accepted accounting principle audit. She also leads the company's NetSuite implementation.
"Keirah has done excellent work advancing Libertystream's U.S. accounting and reporting capabilities, and we are grateful for her contributions," Mr. Wylie added. "Her public company accounting and SOX experience brings valuable depth to the team, and the board has full confidence in her leadership of the finance function. These capabilities provide a strong operational foundation for Libertystream."
