LARGO ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ITS ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Largo Inc. has released the voting results from its annual general and special meeting of shareholders, held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
A total of 54,492,193 common shares of the company were voted at the meeting, representing 53.99 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding common shares. Shareholders voted to approve all matters brought before the meeting, including the election of all director nominees, the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company's auditor for the ensuing year, and the approval of the company's amended and restated share compensation plan.
Largo's board of directors wishes to thank its shareholders for their continued support. Detailed results of the votes on the election of directors are provided in the attached table.
