LEXSTON MINING CORPORATION CONDUCTING REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT OF URANIUM ASSETS

Lexston Mining Corp. is conducting diligence regarding exploration of uranium resources within Canada and the United States.

Jag Bal, president and chief executive officer of Lexston, states: "In recent weeks, the spot price of uranium has improved dramatically, providing impetus for the evaluation of a number of assets. We remain steadfast in our commitment to exploration, drilling and value creation through advancing our portfolio of properties. With a strong focus on exploration, we are well positioned to make significant strides in the months and years ahead."

No agreement in principle or otherwise has been entered into with any party and there is no assurance that the company will acquire any uranium assets, directly or indirectly.
