LEXI ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Arena Investors LP's nominee to Lithium Energi Exploration Inc.'s board, Daniel Blanks, has resigned as a director of the company, and it has appointed Eamonn McInerney as the new Arena Investors nominee to the company's board, effective immediately. The company wishes to thank Mr. Blanks for his valuable contribution to the company.

Mr. McInerney brings a wealth of experience when it comes to supporting the growth of businesses across a wide spectrum of industries. He spent the past 3.5 years at Arena Investors as the head of European asset management and has helped finance the growth and development of numerous portfolio companies. Mr. McInerney has extensive experience in hedge funds, private equity funds and commercial banking.
