LEADING EDGE MATERIALS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS TO BE HELD ON APRIL 23, 2026

Leading Edge Materials Corp.'s annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 14th floor, 1040 West Georgia St., Vancouver, B.C., V6E 4H1, on April 23, 2026, at 9 a.m. Vancouver time, for the following purposes:

1. To receive the chief executive officer's report to the shareholders of the corporation;
2. To receive and consider the financial statements of the corporation as at and for the year ended Oct. 31, 2025, together with the report of the auditor thereon;
3. To fix the number of directors of the corporation to be elected at the meeting;
4. To elect the directors of the corporation for the ensuing year;
5. To appoint the auditor of the corporation for the ensuing year and to authorize the directors of the corporation to determine the remuneration to be paid to the auditor;
6. To consider and, if deemed advisable, pass an ordinary resolution, ratifying, adopting and reapproving the stock option plan of the corporation; and
7. To consider any permitted amendment to or variation of any matter identified in this notice and to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
