EVOLVE ANNOUNCES JANUARY 2022 DISTRIBUTIONS FOR CERTAIN EVOLVE FUNDS

Evolve Funds Group Inc. has released the distribution amounts per unit for certain funds as indicated in the attached table.

Unitholders of record on Jan. 31, 2022, will receive cash distributions payable on or about Feb. 7, 2022.

Distributions for the funds will vary from period to period.
