LODGE RESOURCES INC. MARKETING AGREEMENT UPDATE

In order to increase awareness of the company's mineral exploration projects and undertaking, Lodge Resources Inc. has engaged Media Relations Publishing of Bruhl, Germany, to provide marketing and consulting services, including certain investor relations services.

The terms of the service contract with Media Relations include payment of 150,000 euros for the advertising budget, including a fee of 10 per cent for services rendered, for a 30-day period. The term of the service contract commenced on April 29, 2020, and continues on a month-by-month basis, subject to further company board approval.
