CENTURY LITHIUM ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN BOARD LEADERSHIP

Century Lithium Corp. has appointed Dr. Corby G. Anderson, who has served as an independent director of Century since 2023, as chair of the board of directors, effective immediately. Bryan Disher, who has served as chair since June, 2023, will remain on the board as a non-executive director and continue as chair of the audit committee.
