The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 750,000 bonus warrants to a non-arm's-length party in consideration of a non-interest-bearing loan in the amount of $300,000 with a term of one year. Each warrant is exercisable for one share at a price of 20 cents per year for a one-year period.
