Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Dec. 21, 2023, and the expiry of the company's rights offering on Dec. 27, 2023, the exchange has accepted for filing the rights offering pursuant to which an aggregate of 26,277,071 common shares at a price of two cents per common share were issued.
