LAURENTIAN BANK TO ANNOUNCE FIRST QUARTER RESULTS ON FEBRUARY 27, 2026

Laurentian Bank of Canada will release its first quarter 2026 results for the quarter ended Jan. 31, 2026, on Feb. 27, 2026. The results are expected to be released at approximately 6:30 a.m. ET, followed by a live audio webcast and teleconference call with analysts, investors and media representatives at 9 a.m. ET.

The quarterly report to shareholders, supplementary financial information and presentation slides will be posted prior to the conference call on Laurentian Bank's website, under About us, Investor relations, Quarterly results.
