LAURENTIAN BANK TO ANNOUNCE THIRD QUARTER 2023 RESULTS ON AUGUST 31, 2023

Laurentian Bank of Canada will release its third quarter results for the quarter ended July 31, 2023, on Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023. The results are expected to be released at approximately 6:30 a.m. (ET), followed by a live audio webcast and teleconference call with analysts, investors and media representatives at 9 a.m. (ET).

The quarterly report to shareholders, supplementary financial information and presentation slides will be posted on the bank's website, under the financial results section, prior to the conference call.
