Pursuant to a directors resolution approved on July 21, 2025, and shareholder approval received at a meeting of the shareholders on Sept. 30, 2025, the company has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-24-old basis. The name of the company has also been changed as follows.
Effective at the opening on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, the common shares of Lithium Africa Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Lombard Street Capital Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining company.
