The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Lithium Americas Corp. will list an additional 55 million common shares at the open on April 22, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $5 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated April 17, 2024, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Nov. 8, 2023.
