KINGSVIEW MINERALS CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND CORPORATE UPDATE

Kingsview Minerals Ltd. has closed the non-brokered private placement previously announced on Feb. 20, 2026. The company raised aggregate gross proceeds of $198,000 and issued 300,000 common shares.

The proceeds from the raise will be used for general corporate purposes and advancement of the company's exploration projects.

Additionally, the company also announces the resignation of Peter Bures from its board of directors. Mr. Bures will remain an adviser to the company.
