KUYA SILVER ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF EQUITY AWARDS

Pursuant to a 10-per-cent rolling equity incentive plan, Kuya Silver Corp. has approved the grant of 350,000 restricted share units and 1,525,000 stock options to acquire common shares in the capital of the company to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants. The options are exercisable until Feb. 10, 2031, at a price of $1 per option and are subject to vesting provisions. The RSUs will vest and convert into common shares, for no additional consideration, unless otherwise decided by the board on vesting, in tranches. Any common shares issued pursuant to the equity grant are subject to a hold period expiring June 11, 2026, unless written approval to issue the common shares without the hold period is obtained from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
