The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an asset purchase agreement dated April 21, 2025, with two arm's-length parties, in connection with the acquisition of a collection of 28 mining claims, tenures and mineral rights covering 987 hectares, located approximately five kilometres northwest of Chibougamau, in the province of Quebec (the Roger project). The company issued 85.5 million common shares as consideration for the acquisition.
