The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  10.45 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 15, 2025

New expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 1, 2025

Original exercise price of warrants:  30 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 10.45 million common shares with 10.45 million share purchase warrants attached to purchase 10.45 million shares, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Feb. 20, 2024.
