KIRKSTONE METALS PROVIDES FURTHER CORPORATE UPDATE

Kirkstone Metals Corp. is providing this update at the request of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC). The company has been made aware of certain continuing promotional activities involving references to the company and its assets and operations in third party editorials and advertisements and published through entities referred to as The Daily Herald and Stock Market News. The company is not involved in the promotions, has not retained any third party service providers to engage in promotional activity, and has verified that its directors, officers, consultants and advisers are also not involved in the promotions.

The promotions make reference to historical mineral reserves or exploration results on mineral properties adjacent to assets controlled by the company, as well as intended exploration and development of the Gorilla Lake uranium property. The company reminds readers that current mineral resources have not been identified on any of the company's projects in the Athabasca basin and that historical exploration results on adjacent projects are not necessarily indicative of similar results on projects controlled by the company. The references in the promotions to historical mineral reserves are not compliant with National Instrument 43-101 (as stated in the company's Feb. 7, 2025, technical report) and should not be relied upon. Further, the company has not yet identified a timeline for completion of the next phase of exploration at the Gorilla Lake uranium property.

The promotions also make reference to a potential secondary stock exchange listing in Asia. While the company is taking steps to evaluate a potential listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) and the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) there is no assurance that a secondary listing will be completed, as any such process remains subject to regulatory review, due diligence, and the company's ability to satisfy the applicable exchange's listing qualifications and disclosure standards. The company has not made a final decision to proceed with a listing, nor has it filed an application to list on any additional stock exchange and may elect not to pursue a secondary listing at any time.
