KIRKSTONE METALS CONFIRMS NO UNDISCLOSED MATERIAL INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCES ENGAGEMENT OF CIBIDI CORP.

At the request of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), Kirkstone Metals Corp. has confirmed that it is not aware of any undisclosed material information concerning the affairs of the company that would account for the recent trading activity in the company's shares.

The company is not aware of any reason for the recent market volatility and confirms at this time that all material information relating to its business and operations has been publicly disclosed in accordance with applicable securities laws and stock exchange requirements.

Engagement of CiBiDi Corp.

Kirkstone also announces that it has engaged CiBiDi to provide website and social media management services , including the distribution of company press releases through Kirkstone's website and corporate social media accounts, effective Sept. 1, 2025. CiBiDi is a privately held arm's-length digital-communications company, based in Vaughan, Ont., Canada.

Under the terms of the agreement, CiBiDi will receive a monthly fee of $25,500, and either party may terminate the agreement at any time without penalty. CiBiDi does not provide investor relations or capital markets advisory services, and the engagement is limited strictly to content distribution and digital media support. Compensation of CiBiDi does not include any securities of the company, and, to the knowledge of the company, CiBiDi and its affiliates do not presently have control and direction over any securities of the company, nor do they have any right to acquire securities of the company.
