KIRKSTONE ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF CLIVE MASSEY AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Clive Massey has been appointed as president and chief executive officer of Kirkstone Metals Corp. (formerly Dunbar Metals Corp.), and has joined the board of directors of the company. Mr. Massey brings more than 30 years of experience in the public markets and fills the vacancy created by Mark Ferguson, who has stepped down from his role with the company to focus on other ventures. The board of directors of the company thanks Mr. Ferguson for his service to the company.

The company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The company currently holds a 100-per-cent interest in mineral claims totaling approximately 7,000 hectares comprising the Gorilla Lake property, located in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada, subject to a royalty obligation. The phase 1 exploration program at the property consists of geological mapping, prospecting and geochemical sampling based on the anomalies identified by the company's Heli-TEM (heliborne time-domain electromagnetic) survey and integration with other available data sets. The company's secondary objective is to locate and develop other economic precious and base metals properties of merit.
