KIRKSTONE COMPLETES TSXV LISTING AFTER VOLUNTARY CSE DELISTING AND NAME CHANGE

Further to the press release dated May 20, 2025, Kirkstone Metals Corp. (formerly Dunbar Metals Corp.) has voluntarily delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange, completed its name change from Dunbar Metals Corp. to Kirkstone Metals Corp. and commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, effective at today's market open. The company's common shares now trade on the TSX-V under the trading symbol KSM, the company's Cusip is 49752E106 and its ISIN is CA49752E1060.

There is no change in the capitalization of the company in connection with the change of name or listing on the TSX-V. No action is required by existing shareholders of the company with respect to the name change, CSE delisting or TSX-V listing.

About Kirkstone Metals Corp.

The company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The company currently holds a 100-per-cent interest in mineral claims totalling approximately 7,000 hectares comprising the Gorilla Lake property, located in North Saskatchewan, Canada, subject to a royalty obligation. The phase 1 exploration program at the property consists of geological mapping, prospecting and geochemical sampling based on the anomalies identified by the company's Heli-TEM survey and integration with other available data sets. The company's secondary objective is to locate and develop other economic precious and base metal properties of merit.
