Effective at the opening, Friday, May 23, 2025, the common shares of Kirkstone Metals Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. The company is classified as a mining issuer (NAICS No. 213119).

Prior to its recent name change to Kirkstone Metals, the company was listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange under the name Dunbar Metals Corp. using the symbol DMC. The exchange has been informed that the securities of the company under its former name, Dunbar Metals (old symbol: DMC), will be delisted from the CSE upon the commencement of trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under its new name, Kirkstone Metals (new symbol: KSM).
