KLONDIKE SILVER PRIVATE PLACEMENT AMENDMENT

For Klondike Silver Corp.'s non-brokered private placement first announced June 6, 2023, and extended July 20, 2023, the company has revised the warrant exercise price to five cents. The full details now are: up to 10 million units at a price of five cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable for a period of three years from the closing at a price of five cents per share.

The net proceeds will be used for advancing the Sandon, B.C., project, located 138 kilometres north of the Trail, B.C., Canada, smelter, and for general working capital.
