KO GOLD ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT UPDATE

Further to KO Gold Inc.'s news release dated Nov. 3, 2025, it will not be proceeding with the previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units at a price of 20 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $2-million.
