The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the disposition of three of the company's cannabis retail locations (Hemisphere assets) to an arm's-length vendor. In accordance with the terms of an asset acquisition agreement dated Jan. 17, 2023, the vendor will provide the company with an aggregate of $485,000, subject to certain adjustments, in return for all of the company's right, title and interest in and to the Hemisphere assets.
