Vancouver, British Columbia   October 24 , 2016   KMT Global Resources Corp. ("KMT") has
acquired direct ownership of 10,000,000 common shares of KMT-Hansa Corp. (NEX-KMC.H) (the
"Issuer"). The acquired common shares represent 36% of the current issued and outstanding common
shares of the Issuer.

KMT acquired the common shares of the Issuer for investment purposes and may acquire or dispose of
common shares as circumstances or market conditions warrant. Total consideration paid was $500,000
by way of a non-brokered private placement.

A report respecting this transaction will be electronically filed with the British Columbia and Alberta
Securities Commissions and will be available for viewing at www.sedar.com.
